Orders with Multiple Items

We make every effort to consolidate and ship all items in a single order together. If certain items are backordered, we will ship the available products immediately and send the remaining items as they stock, unless you request otherwise.
You will only pay for shipping once. The full shipping charge quoted on your receipt will be applied entirely to the first package shipped, and you will not incur further shipping charges for subsequent partial shipments of the same order. You are only billed for the products included in each package.

We accept returns for products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship faults. Additionally, we will accept returns resulting from fulfillment mistakes, such as receiving the wrong item. Please contact us immediately if either of these conditions applies to your order.
Shipping Policy

Live Animal Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee
We are certified reptile shippers with FedEx and prioritize the safety of every animal.
- Shipping Method: All live animals are shipped Priority Overnight Monday through Thursday, year-round, within the U.S.
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $65 (for packages under two pounds) covers shipping and necessary packaging materials.
- Packaging: Animals are shipped in styrofoam coolers. We utilize 40-hour heat packs in winter and cool packs in summer when necessary to maintain a safe temperature.
Live Arrival Guarantee Requirements
To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee, you must require a “Hold Package at FedEx Hub” shipment. This is for the animal’s safety, ensuring it remains in a temperature-controlled environment and is not subjected to delivery truck conditions.
- You must specify “Hold Package at Fed Ex hub” in the comments section of your order.
- You must provide the specific FedEx hub address (the facility where packages land for your area) either in the comments or as the shipping address. A standard residential/business address is not acceptable.
Dead On Arrival (D.O.A) Claims
If an animal is D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival), you must follow these steps immediately to validate the guarantee:
- Notification: Contact us (via phone or email) within 1 hour of picking up the package from the FedEx hub. If we do not answer the phone, send an email immediately.
- Proof: You must provide requested proof of death, which may include specific photos of the animal or the return of the animal.
- Resolution: Once the animal’s death and identity are confirmed, you will receive store credit equal to the purchase price of the animal only.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not refund shipping fees. Store credit is provided only for the cost of the animal.
Dry Goods Shipping
- Processing Time: Most orders for dry goods will ship the next business day, provided the product is in stock.
- Non-Shipping Days: Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
- Shipping Fees: The shipping cost includes the cost of packing materials and labor.
- Transit Time: Any shipping or transit time provided by this site or other parties is an estimate only. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. We encourage timely ordering to avoid delays.
Pricing Errors Policy

If a pricing error occurs (due to a typo or supplier mistake), Reptile Rapture maintains the right to cancel the order, regardless of whether it has been confirmed or charged. If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a prompt and full refund for the incorrect price amount.
